Diced Beef Aglio Olio

Ingredients:

  1. Diced beef (70g)
  2. Chopped and sliced garlic
  3. 150g of Spaghetti noodle
  4. Oil
  5. Salt 
  6. Diced veggies (optional)
How to cook step by step:
Start by boiling some water and boil the spaghetti for 5 minutes. Remember to add salt and oil before boiling the noodles! Also save some of that flavored water for later use. Then add oil to your frying pan and start cooking the diced beef. This is going to make the beef release natural oils which adds flavor to the pasta. After that add the diced and chopped garlic and start cooking until it's starts to change color. Add the saved water right away! Finally add the spaghetti and stir until you get your desired texture. Stir and also add salt to enhance your desired flavor and its done!

Tomato Green Mussels


Ingredients:

  1. About 400g of Green mussels
  2. Any tomato sauce of your choice
  3. Salt and Sugar
How to cook step by step:
If the mussels are frozen add about 50ml of water to the stove with low fire and wait until they're unfrozen. You still need to add the 50ml anyway. Add a decent amount of tomato sauce to the stove and stir until it's completely mixed with the water. Add sugar and salt or any other flavoring of your choice and its done!

Mac 'n' Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. Macaroni
  2. Cheese sauce
  3. Diced bacon
  4. Diced veggies (optional)
  5. Whipping cream


How to cook step by step:

First in boiling water, add the macaroni to the stove for 5min. After that, in a frying pan, add oil and start frying the bacon and veggies. After its done, add the whipping cream. It will start to boil, add the cheese sauce and macaroni. Mix it for about 30sec~1min and its done!

Pasta Arrabiata



Ingredients:

  1. 150 grams of spaghetti noodles or penne
  2. Tomato pasta sauce (easy to get in supermarkets)
  3. Oil
  4. Chopped parsley
  5. Sliced garlic
  6. A small amount of sugar
  7. Small amount of salt
  8. Small amount of melted butter
  9. Shrimp
How to cook step by step:
Start by boiling the spaghetti noodles or penne for 5 minutes and add some oil and salt for flavoring. After the noodles are done, keep a small amount for that flavored noodle water and keep it for later use. Add oil to the frying pan and then add some sliced garlic and shrimps. After the shrimp start to change color, add a decent amount of tomato sauce to the frying pan and then add about 50ml of the flavored water to the frying pan. It will start to boil fast! Add the noodles right away, then add the chopped parsley to the plate. Add some sugar and salt to your taste and keep stirring until you get your desired texture. Set up your plating and you're done!
